摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the heat energy to the sand is not so expected as the heat is applied to the sand particles of a sand layer by the radiation in the conventional secondary combustion in a fluid bed incinerator wherein a burnt matter is charged on the sand layer, the primary combustion air is supplied from a bottom part of the sand layer to form the fluid layer in a primary combustion process, and the secondary combustion is performed in addition to the primary combustion. SOLUTION: The burnt matter charged into a fluid bed incinerator main body 1 through a burnt matter supply device 8, forms the sand layer 51 positioned on a dispersion plate 3 and the fluid bed in the primary combustion process. A secondary supply means 6 is mounted as a nozzle for supplying the secondary combustion air to a so-called bubble bursting area between a height L3 of a concentrated layer to a height L4 of a fluid layer in the fluid layer. Whereby the sand particles forming the sand layer 5 is positioned in a combustion area of a volatile component of the burnt matter and the secondary combustion air, the heat applied to the sand particles is increased, and the combustion efficiency of the burnt matter can be improved.
