PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controlled oscillator capable of outputting the signals in a low frequency ranges and the signal in high frequency ranges. SOLUTION: An oscillator generates a first oscillation frequency signal f1 and a second oscillation frequency signal f2, and the frequency of the second oscillation frequency signal f2 is higher than that of the first oscillation frequency signal f1. An amplifier includes a first transistor Q1. A switch means 40 switches a first state of amplifying and outputting the first oscillation frequency signal f1 from the first transistor Q1 by grounding its emitter, and a second state of amplifying and outputting the second oscillation frequency signal f2 from the first transistor Q1 by grounding its base.
