PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standalone photo finishing apparatus which eliminates the need for facilities for piping construction and minimizes the amount of produced liquid while putting prints of high quality back to users. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a customer order data input system for obtaining customer order information from a digital record that a customer provides and a payment mechanism which receives payment from a customer according to the customer order input information. Further, the apparatus is provided with an input port which is adapted to read customer specification information from the customer and one which is adapted to receive digital records from a plurality of digital image sources, a preview part which is adapted to preview an image before it is printed, a print part which prints an image on a dry basis by using a digital record provided by the customer to obtain a hard copy of at least one print of at least one image, and a delivery part which delivers at least one print to the customer.
