PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display box capable of preventing a surface layer peel-off accompanying a zip-severing, and of displaying commodities in good appearance. SOLUTION: In the zip-severing type display box in which opening zippers 11, 12 are provided extending from a front plate 1 to both side plates 2 and whose upper portion is removed accompanying the severing of the zippers 11, 12, to allow display of commodities, a cutting start-off zipper 10 is provided, in the front plate 1, extending from the upper edge to the opening zipper 11, and a half-incision 15 is provided on the surface side in parallel with the opening zipper 11. Severing the zippers, by twisting them, starting from the zipper 10 to the zippers 11, 12, toward both sides results in the stopping, at the half-incision 15, of the surface layer peel-off from the zipper 11's severing edge.
