PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite nonwoven fabric with high production efficiency based on a laminated nonwoven fabric useful as a base fabric for laminating a fabric made of another resin to impart a variety of functions by improving adhesion property between the nonwoven laminated fabrics having poor heat bondability. SOLUTION: This composite nonwoven fabric is integrated by impregnating two nonwoven fabrics comprising fibers incompatible with each other with an adhesive resin, then another nonwoven fabric, fibrous mass, fiber strands, etc. are laminated thereon by heat bonding to integrate. A polyester nonwoven fabric and a polyolefin nonwoven fabric are thus integrated, and polyolefin-based fibrous adhering matter, fibrous mass, strands, etc., can be heat-bonded to produce the composite nonwoven fabric in one step.
