PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil classifier with a simple structure and an enhanced classification efficiency. SOLUTION: Soil is subjected to vibration screening with a vibrating grid 3 and then transported by a conveyor 4. While being conveyed by the conveyor 4, the soil is agitated with an agitation device 5. The agitated soil is transferred to a classification conveyor 7 and transported at a high speed. At a gate 8 installed at the transportation end, the soil is subjected to soil selection of specified particle sizes to be classified. The soil is classified into soil with a specified particle size or larger and soil with a specified particle size or smaller. Thus, the soil classifier can be given a simple structure, is easily installable on the site, can classify charged soil through a plurality of steps, has a construction capable of performing aeration, and is excellent in efficiency.
