PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a sprinkler fire-fighting equipment at a low cost, and also, to install the sprinkler piping in a manner to adjust to a dwelling unit by corresponding to a skeleton-infill body regardless of where the dwelling unit is built. SOLUTION: In this sprinkler fire-fighting equipment equipped with a loop piping 1, a preliminary actuating valve 3 is provided on the proximal end side of the loop piping, and a branching piping 7 branching from the loop piping is provided on every dwelling unit and a sprinkler head 9 is connected with the branching piping. A fire detector/sensor 11 is installed in the dwelling unit, and when the fire detector/sensor detects a fire, the preliminary actuating valve 3 is opened.
