SOLUTION: The array for the reaction to convert the probe into the solid phase is designed to carry out nucleic acid amplification and the hybridization reaction. The array for the reaction to convert the probe into the solid phase comprises the probe converted into the solid phase in a support. Furthermore, the array characterized as follows is provided. The support is provided with one or a plurality of reaction parts individually formed in the support and each reaction part of the support has two openings. The probe hybridizing with a sequence to be detected by hybridization for each reaction part is immobilized in the reaction part. Temperature control of the reaction part can be carried out.
