A sheet (1) for manufacturing an optical disk, comprising a setting adhesive agent layer (11) having a storage elastic modulus before hardening of 10<3> to 10<6> Pa and a storage elastic modulus after hardening of 10<7> to 10<11> Pa and a protective sheet (12). The sheet is laminated on a reflective film (3) formed on an optical disk substrate (2). The optical disk (D1) thus obtained is formed such that the adhesive agent layer (11) has a uniform layer thickness and the pressing trace is hard to be formed on the protective sheet (12).
