PURPOSE: A yoke used in multi-functional electric sound converter is provided to enhance productivity in a fabrication process and reduce the manufacturing cost by simplifying the yoke structure. CONSTITUTION: A yoke(10) is formed with a circular metal plate having predetermined thickness. A circular projection is formed at a center of the yoke. An insertion groove(12) is formed at one side of the yoke. The yoke includes a magnet(41) for performing a function of a buzzer(30) and a function of a receiver(40). A magnetic flux coil(31) is wound around an outer circumference of a projection(11) of the yoke.
