<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency generator with a new DC power device preventing output power from decreasing. <P>SOLUTION: The high-frequency generator having a DC power device includes a loss limiter circuit 10 having a multiplication means 11 for detecting and multiplying together the output voltage and the output current of the DC power device; a first comparison means 12 for comparing the power obtained by the multiplication means 11 to high-frequency output power; and a second comparison means 13 for comparing reference power 14 to loss power detected by the first comparison means 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
