CARD READER DEVICE AND PROGRAM FOR THE SAME DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform card read and write processing separately from the processing of an information terminal device when a card reader device is connected to the information terminal device and used in conjunction therewith.

SOLUTION: A storage means 20 of the card reader device 1 is provided with a card information storage area 20b, and read card data are stored in the area 20b together with card identification information. The card reader device 1 transmits stored data to the information terminal device 2 or stores card data from the device 2 on the basis of a transmission request or a recording request from the information terminal device 2. Data are recorded in a card on the basis of data stored in the card.
