<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve each part constituting vertical shaft windmill equipment, and thereby to improve ease of assembly of the parts at the site, ease of carrying the parts in the site, and productivity, and thereby to improve power generation efficiency, and thereby to improve maintenance property and installation property of various accessories. <P>SOLUTION: The vertical shaft windmill equipment has an impeller constituted by attaching a plurality of blades to a vertically standing rotation shaft through arms. An upper end of the rotation shaft 11 is inserted into a casing 16 vertically standing on a base part 15 and the rotation shaft 11 is rotatably supported through a bearing 17, a power generator 18 is arranged at a lower part in the casing 16, the rotation shaft 11 is coupled with a rotor rotation shaft of the power generator 18 in a non-contact manner through a magnetic coupling 22.
