PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a mounting property upon mounting a composite electronic component by attracting correctly by an attracting nozzle and mounting the same while recognizing the direction of the same.

SOLUTION: A laminate has an inductor unit 22 and first and second capacitor units 21, 23 therein. A capacity is adjusted in accordance with a superposing amount between an first inner layer capacitor electrode unit 32 provided in the first capacitor unit and a third inner layer capacitor electrode unit 35, and a superposing amount between a second inner layer capacitor electrode unit 33 and a fourth inner layer capacitor electrode unit 36.
