PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to view a broadcasted program again. SOLUTION: In an information distributing system 10, a content server 50 maintains the same contents as those of a program broadcasted by a broadcasting station 30, and distributes the contents by streaming via the Internet 20. The broadcasting station 30 broadcasts the URL of the contents by data broadcasting when broadcasting the program. Upon an instruction of the user, a cellular telephone 100 notifies a home server 200 about the URL of the contents corresponding to the program during being viewed.
