PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component material capable of preventing the malfunctions of an electronic device and enabling laser marking onto a component. SOLUTION: For a colored polyimide film, 1.5-11 wt% of a coloring pigment such as carbon black is contained in a resin component whose main component is a polyimide resin obtained by reacting an aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydride with a diamine composed of an aromatic diamine such as bis (aminophenoxy)alkane and siloxane diamine, and a thickness range is the range of 10-200μm.
