SUPERCONDUCTING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a high performance operation of each circuit in operation of a superconducting circuit which is provided with a flux quantum circuit using a high-temperature superconductor and an interface circuit. SOLUTION: A first Josephson junction 7 in a flux quantum circuit (SFQ circuit) and a second Josephson junction 17 in the interface circuit (latch driver circuit) are composed of different bonding materials. Further, the bonding materials are specified by which hysteresis of current voltage characteristic in the first Josephson junction 7 becomes smaller than that of the second Josephson junction 17.
