PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the relation between information intelligible and to promote sharing of information and communication among the medical staff. SOLUTION: This electronic chart system incorporates an electronic bulletin board system provided with a means for preparing a communication record from information inputted by a plurality of medical staff through a network, and a means for enabling the plurality of medical staff to browse the communication record on the network. This constitution solves problems of having difficulty in grasping the relation between the information and rarely sharing the information among the medical staff because of individually recording the information (the record and data) obtained from the medical staff.
