PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for grasping the state of an object to be controlled with respect to an input, and for precisely and quickly matching it with a control target value after executing control, and to provide a discharge controller for executing successive control under the optimal condition just after the start of a discharging operation, and for updating the optimal condition according to the conditions of the discharging operation in order to stably and precisely execute the discharging operation without being affected by the physical property of an object to be discharged. SOLUTION: When beverage is discharged, a discharge test is executed in the start of the discharge of syrup S, and the duty of a rotor driving motor 430M is set as the optimal driving condition based on the result. Thus, it is possible to set the driving condition of the rotor driving motor 430M for optimizing deviation, in executing successive control, regardless of the individual difference of equipment or the physical property of the syrup S to be discharged.
