PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FA controller capable of acquiring memory information from an FA controller without making an FA application to use a protocol exclusive to the FA controller. SOLUTION: This FA controller comprises an SQL analyzing section 114 for converting an SQL text transmitted from a connected client computer 101 into an FA controller command enabling to acquire information such as a device memory, and an SQL result generation section 115 for converting the acquired information into an SQL result.
