PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor that achieves high speed and efficiency by reducing the number of unnecessary process overheads for load sharing. SOLUTION: A load sharing means 5 determines a data processing means 3 to which processes are to be allocated, without searching a load condition management table 6 if there is a previously appointed data processing means 3 in a previous appointment information management table 7. If there is no previously appointed data processing means 3, the load condition management table 6 is searched to determine the data processing means 3 to which the processes are to be allocated.
