PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a data inputting operation in an accounting system, and to reduce the mistake of data input. SOLUTION: Settlement terminal equipment 1 with built-in item function is provided with an operating part having an item button for designating an item to be used for an accounting task, an item information outputting means for outputting item information corresponding to the item button and a transmitting part for on-line transmitting receipt information including the item information. A server 4 stores the receipt information on-line transmitted from the settlement terminal equipment with built-in item function into a receipt data base 5. A computer system 8 of a cooperation etc. acquires its own receipt information stored in the receipt data base 5 by performing access to the server 4, and uses it for the accounting processing in an accounting system 9.
