PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure capable of surely cutting off water at a joint between exterior wall panels with a simple structure and capable of reducing the necessity for maintenance by depressing the secular change of the cut off material. SOLUTION: The cut off material 3 is pressed on the back face side of both exterior wall face materials 4, 4 pinching the joint between the adjacent exterior wall panels 1, 1 and cut off water at the joint. A joint space 7 between the exterior wall face materials 4, 4 is opened to the outside. And further, the cut off material 3 is pressed on the back face side of the exterior wall face materials 4, 4, while using a column 2 for instance which is a part of the back side building structure as an reaction part.
