PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for parts to the back part of an outer wall facing material, capable of firmly mounting a panel frame and a panel frame fitting part while a required distance is kept between the tip position of a screw and the front position of the outer wall facing material by forcibly screwing a screw from the back side of the outer wall facing material even if the wall thickness of the outer wall facing material is small in joining the outer wall facing material of the outer wall panel to the panel frame. SOLUTION: A prepared hole 4 is bored in the back part of the outer wall facing material 1, and the part 2 is fitted by forcibly screwing a headed flat point screw into the prepared hole 4.
