PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo bamboo panel in which the shade of adjacent grooves are not the same when viewing it from the same position and an impression that the whole becomes monotonous can be prevented by making the shade change while continuing, obtaining a realistic sense close to a natural bamboo fence. SOLUTION: The pseudo bamboo panel A is constituted so that it is formed in a integral shape that a plurality of split bamboo parts 1 having a split bamboo shape are adjacently arranged and a groove 2 is formed between adjacent split bamboo parts 1, and the inclined angles of groove walls 3, 4 to which the groove 2 is opposite are made different from each other.
