PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for sash simple in structure and capable of providing excellent appearance despite the fact that it has a pulling/parting mechanism in addition to a pulling mechanism. SOLUTION: The pulling/parting mechanism 52 in addition to a lock part 51 is formed on a lock arm 5 fitted to a handle shaft 3. On the other hand, a pulling/parting guide face 63 capable of guiding the pulling/parting part 52 is formed, in addition to a pulling guide face 62 capable of guiding the lock part 51, on a stopper 6 having a locking part 61 to which the lock part 51 is locked.
