PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of exterior wall panel capable of easily and quickly carrying out the fixing work for an exterior wall at the construction site, easily and accurately adjusting the height of the exterior wall panel, improving the erection accuracy of the exterior wall panel, and simplifying the shape of a panel frame. SOLUTION: A support metal fitting 4 in wich a placing part 5, a subsequently inverted U-shaped engaging groove 6, and a drooping part 7 are integrally provided, is disposed at the end of the lower end 2a of a metallic panel frame 2. The lower end 2a of a panel frame 2 is fixed to the placing part 5 to be approachable and separable. The engaging groove 6 of the support metal fitting 4 is supported on a fulcrum point 15 of the vertical piece 17 fitted to a sill metal implement 10 fixed to the upper face of the foundation 8, the beam 9, etc. and the placing part 5 of the support metal fitting 4 is substantially directed in a condition that the drooping part 7 of the metal fitting 4 is supported in the side face by the side face support part 16 of the vertical piece 17.
