PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head joint structure capable of reducing the maximum bending moment value transferred to a building foundation section from a footing pile and, at the same time, controlling the variations in degree (rotational rigidity) enabling the bending moment to absorb. SOLUTION: The pile head joint structure is equipped with bending moment absorbing means 18, 18a, 20 and 20a provided between the building foundation section 26 and the footing pile 14 to absorb the bending moment, and an anchor bolt 30 controlling the variations in the degree absorbing the bending moment. Accordingly, when the bending moment applying horizontal external force from a building structure on the building foundation section by an earthquake of the like thereto acts on the footing pile, the bending moment absorbing means absorb the bending moment acting on the footing pile to enable the maximum value to reduce.
