The invention relates to cysteine-containing peptides of the structure: XXCCXXXXXXXCXXXCXXXXXXQXXCXXXCXCXXXXXXXCXXXXXX, of structure XXCCXXXXXXXCXXXCXXXXXXXXXCXXXCXCXXXXTXXCXXXXXX, and of structure XXCCXXXXXXXCXXXCXXXXXXXXXXCXXXCXCXXXXXXXXCXXXXXX, whereby X, independent of one another, represents any naturally occurring amino acid. The invention also relates to nucleic acid sequences, which codes these peptides, to vectors, which contain these sequences, to pharmaceutical preparations containing these peptides, and to the use thereof as pharmaceutics, particularly for treating cancers. |
