Method for false localizing mobile radio appliance (MS) based on data obtained from terrestrial radio network by manipulating time advances (TA) between MS and stationary stations

The process for deceptive position pick-up of mobile transceiver (MS), in which MS position is obtained fully, or partly, by measuring timing advance (TA) of electromagnetic waves between MS and fixed stations. TA between transmitter output and aerial of MS is falsified by TA members. Preferably TA members are firmly set. Losses of TA members may be compensated by high frequency amplifier. Typically TA members form digital circuit with integrated amplifier in MS, with adjustable delay time. Independent claims are included for appliance for falsifying position of MS.
