The grinding machine has a main body (20) with drive unit and rotational shaft (40) which extends through a support (60) and a support disc. The toothed section of the rotational shaft and the curved tooth sections of the engageable components are positioned at the same level and when the engageable parts are in the closed position the curved toothed section engages with the ring shaped toothed section whilst when the engageable parts are in the opened position the curved toothed section releases the ring shaped toothed section. The support is mounted at the lower end of the main body and can rotate to change the rotational angle setting. Two guide channels are formed radially on the support disc which is mounted at the bottom end of the main body and is set concentric with the support.
