A method for processing an olefin-containing raw material, boiling away to 250 degree C, comprising processing a raw material or a mixture thereof with a recycle by preheating in special technological facilities to the required reaction temperature, contacting at a raised temperature and overpressure with a catalyst containing ZSM-5 zeolite in sequentially operated adiabatic reactors with intermediate cooling therebetween a reaction stream to the required reaction temperature, cooling reaction products and fractionating by separating and rectification in corresponding technological facilities, isolating initially C4- hydrocarbon fraction and C5+ fraction, separating C5+ fraction, isolating gasoline and fuel oil or distillate fraction, comprising the step of oxidative regeneration of a catalyst at a raised temperature with initially oxygen low content regenerating gas and then with oxygen having higher concentration followed by the step of transferring from the contacting step to the step of the reactor regeneration with a carbided catalyst and connecting at the step of contacting the rector with regenerated catalyst, characterized in that contacting a raw material or a mixture thereof and recycle is carried out in at least three reactors with a catalyst or two different being in different reactors, the reaction products are separated isolating C1-C4 hydrocarbon fraction, gasoline fraction and fractions boiling away before or after 250 degree C, or fractions boiling away before 360 degree C and above 300 degree C, and at least one reactor being in step of regeneration, and catalyst(s) comprise(s) an active component selected from zeolite pentasyl with structure ZSM-5 or ZSM-11 of general empirical formula (0.02-0.5)Na2OxEl2O3x(25-500)SiO2xkH2O, wherein El is at least one element from Al, Ga, B, Fe, and k is a respective humidity ratio, or zeolite L, or ZSM-12 or ZSM-20 or beta, or omega, or zeolite Y, or mordenite, or amorphous alumo- or elementosilicate, or crystalline alumophosphate molecular sieve, and said active component or a catalyst is modified with at least one element and/or a compound of element of I-VIII groups in an amount of 0.01-10 wt %. 2. A method for processing an olefin-containing raw material, boiling away to 250 degree C, comprising processing a raw material or a mixture thereof with a recycle by preheating in special technological facilities to the required reaction temperature, contacting at a raised temperature and overpressure with a catalyst containing ZSM-5 zeolite in sequentially operated adiabatic reactors, cooling reaction products and fractionating by separating and rectification in corresponding technological facilities, isolating initially C4- hydrocarbon fraction and C5+ fraction, separating C5+ fraction, isolating gasoline and fuel oil or distillate fraction, comprising the step of oxidative regeneration of a catalyst at a raised temperature with initially oxygen low content regenerating gas and then with oxygen having higher concentration followed by the step of transferring from the contacting step to the step of the reactor regeneration with a carbided catalyst and connecting at the step of contacting the rector with regenerated catalyst, characterized in that contacting a raw material or a mixture thereof and recycle is carried out in a tubular space of at least one tubular reactor, providing an excessive heat pick up of the reaction supplied over tube space by a colder heat carrier, or by subsequent contacting with two different catalysts being in two different tubular reactors, the reaction products are separated isolating C1-C4 hydrocarbon fraction, gasoline fraction and fractions boiling away before or after 250 degree C, or fractions boiling away before 360 degree C and above 300 degree C, and at least one reactor being in step of regeneration, and catalyst(s) comprise(s) an active component selected from zeolite pentasyl with structure ZSM-5 or ZSM-11 of general empirical formula (0.02-0.5)Na2OxEl2O3x(25-500)SiO2xkH2O, wherein El is at least one element from Al, Ga, B, Fe, and k is a respective humidity ratio, or zeolite L, or ZSM-12 or ZSM-20 or beta, or omega, or zeolite Y, or mordenite, or amorphous alumo- or elementosilicate, or crystalline alumophosphate molecular sieve, and said active component or a catalyst is modified with at least one element and/or a compound of element of I-VIII groups in an amount of 0.01-10 wt %. 3. The method according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that after cooling the reaction products are separated in a separator isolating C1-C4 fraction and C3+ liquid fraction, which is further separated by rectification isolating C3-C4 fraction and C5+ fraction. 4. The method according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the recycle is fed into initial raw material and/or at least in one intermediate reaction flow between working reactors and part of fraction C4- and/or C3-C4 fraction and/or gasoline fraction, and/or fraction boiling away before 300 degree C at repetition factor recycle/raw material from 0.01 to 10. 5. The method according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the contacting step is carried out at a temperature 150-450 degree C, pressure 0.1-6 Mpa and mass raw material rate 0.2-10 h<-1> and the catalyst regeneration is carried out at 350-550 degree C and pressure 0.1-6 Mpa by initially regenerating gas with oxygen content of 0.1-5 volume %, and then oxygen content being 10-21 volume %. 6. The method according to claims 1 to 5, characterized in that at least one fraction of liquid products is subjected to hydro treatment at temperature 80-400 degree C, pressure 0.5-6 Mpa and molar ratio hydrogen/olefins 1-20 with a catalyst containing at least one metal of I-VIII group and active in reactions of hydrogenation and/or hydroisomerization and/or and/or hydrotreating. 7. The method according to claim 6, characterized in that the catalyst contains an active component selected from zeolite pentasyl with structure ZSM-5 or ZSM-11 of general empirical formula (0.02-0.5)Na2OxEl2O3x(25-500)SiO2xkH2O, wherein El is at least one element from Al, Ga, B, Fe, and k is a respective humidity ratio, or zeolite L, or ZSM-12 or ZSM-20 or beta, or omega, or zeolite Y, or mordenite, or amorphous alumo- or elementosilicate, or crystalline alumophosphate molecular sieve, and said active component or a catalyst is modified with at least one element and/or a compound of element of I-VIII groups in an amount of 0.01-10 wt %. 8. The method according to claim 6, characterized in that the hydrotreating step of isolated liquid products of oligomerization is carried out in a tubular space of a tubular reactor, providing an excessive heat pick up of the reaction supplied over tube space by a colder heat carrier or at least one adiabatic reactor.</p>
