CO-EXTRUDED, HEAT-SEALABLE AND PEELABLE POLYESTER FILM HAVING STRONG PEELABILITY AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A co-extruded, heat-sealable and peelable polyester film having a strong peelability and a production process thereof are provided to have an excellent peelability to a crystalline polyethylene terephthalate(CPET) tray. CONSTITUTION: The co-extruded, transparent, biaxially oriented polyester film comprises a base layer and a heat-sealable outer layer peelable from CPET. The outer layer comprises 70 to 97 wt.% of a polyester and 3 to 20 wt.% of a polyester-incompatible polymer(anti-PET polymer), based on a weight of the outer layer. The polyester comprises 20 to 95 mole% of a unit derived from at least one aromatic dicarboxylic acid and 5 to 80 mole% of a unit derived from at least one aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, wherein a sum of the dicarboxylic acids is 100 mole%.
