A continuous transmission system for a rotary driving force, consisting of a mesh (1) with a double axis (1) and a disk (5) with a toothed surface or a cone (7) whose conical surface is also toothed. The mesh is coupled onto the disk or cone (7), being joined thereto, placing them in rotation, whereby the mesh moves towards the center of the disk or the top of the cone with the double axis thereof and the number of revolutions is increased, the number of revolutions being decreased if it moves away. The mesh is coupled directly thereto in a gradual and normal manner and is decoupled therefrom in the same manner, being able to invert the direction of rotation. A continuous transmission system for a rotary driving force by a double ecological and conical turbine, which is provided with a receiver of the rotary driving force on the axis thereof, can result in acceleration or deceleration via peripheral combustion chambers which can also invert the direction of rotation.
