BUCKET CLEANING DEVICE OF CONTINUOUS UNLOADER, WHICH IS CAPABLE OF QUICKLY CLEANING BUCKET OF LARGE CONTINUOUS UNLOADER WITHOUT MANUAL WORKS OF OPERATORS

PURPOSE: A bucket cleaning device of a continuous unloader is provided to prevent ores or coals attached on a bucket in a pre-operation from mixing with the different kinds of the ores and coals in a post-operation and to quickly clean the bucket of the large continuous unloader without manual works of operators. CONSTITUTION: A bucket cleaning device(1) of a continuous unloader for removing ores and coals stuck on a bucket of the unloader in handling cargos of a ship is composed of a cistern-shaped washing tub(10) having covers(12) opened as a bucket excavation unit(142) positioned at the lower side of an elevator post of the unloader moves downward; first nozzle head units mounted at both sides of the washing tub and risen integrally in opening the cover and formed with a plurality of injection nozzles injecting water for cleaning the buckets of the excavation unit; and a second nozzle head unit(50) installed in front of the washing tub and risen integrally as the first nozzle head unit is lifted up and formed with a plurality of injection nozzles(52) for washing the buckets.
