BUNSEN BURNER CAPABLE OF UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTING AIR BY AIR FLOW GUIDE UNIT AND INCREASING SPEED FOR MIXING FUEL AND AIR

PURPOSE: A Bunsen burner is provided to keep the distribution of primary and secondary air equal by uniformly distributing the air by an air flow guide unit and to increase the speed for mixing fuel and the air by keeping the amount of the primary air flowing into a venturi tube uniform. CONSTITUTION: A Bunsen burner(100) is composed of a front cover(20) having an outer periphery mounted on a plate of a heat exchanger and communicating with an air inlet port(10) for supplying the air for combustion; a fuel injection unit(70) disposed to penetrate the front cover; an air flow guide unit(150) mounted at the lower side of the front cover to guide the flow of the supplied air; a venturi tube(40) separated from the air flow guide unit at the lower side of the fuel injection unit; an air diffusing plate(30) having an inner peripheral surface arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the venturi tube and a through-hole(35); a combustion tube(50) connected to a lower end of the venturi tube and formed with a flame hole(55); and an ignition unit(80).
