<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a recording device 10 sold so as to be combined with a PC 30 surely operate concerning the PC 30. <P>SOLUTION: This recording control system 100 for controlling a recording device 10 to be sold so as to be combined with information processing equipment 30 is provided with: a specific information storing part 12 for storing equipment specification information for specifying the information processing equipment 30 with which the recording device 10 has been sold so as to be combined; and a recording control part 14 for acquiring the equipment specification information of the information processing equipment 30 which has instructed recording when the recording instruction has been issued from the information processing equipment 30 to the recording device 10, for permitting the recording when the acquired equipment specification information is matched with the equipment specification information stored in the specification information storing part 12, and for limiting recording when those information is not matched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
