<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form the respective recessed parts or projecting parts of a light diffusing base layer in a shape having a desired inclination angle. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of droplet boundary frames 6 constituted by partitions are disposed on one surface of a base plate 2, and the surface of the base plate 2 on the inside of the respective adjacent frames 6 out of the frames 6 is coated with different surfactants so as to form a high hydrophobic interface active layer 9 or a high hydrophilic interface active layer 10, then the recessed part 17 or the projecting part 14 is formed by ink droplets solidified on the surfaces of the layers 9 and 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
