<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for effectively using a certain kind of waste as a raw material for cement production by avoiding problems occurring in using the waste. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing cement comprises: charging waste giving a fired material (which is called hereafter the waste) containing, after firing, at least one of respective oxides of calcium, silicon and aluminum as the largest quantity of a metal oxide component (based on the weight) into a 1,100-1,400°C region of at least one selected from this side of a kiln of cement production equipment and a clinker cooler; and firing the resultant product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
