<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mold an inward protruding part on a lower side of a neck part of a container by a method of setting the timing of air blowing and pressing of a mold. <P>SOLUTION: The mold is freely forward and backward set in a cavity mold of a blow mold, and the mold is pressed during stretch blowing of the container to form the inward protruding part in the container. In this molding, a preform in a cavity mold heated at a blowing temperature is stretched, and after 0.1-0.2 s from starting the stretch, pressing of the mold and air blowing with high pressure air are substantially simultaneously performed to form the inward protruding part formed by pressing the mold on the lower side of the neck part of the container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
