PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door trim structure for a vehicle whereby dull shock absorbency in correspondence with a soft belly is realized in a part abutting with the belly of an occupant, strong shock absorbency is realized at a relatively hard waist, and safety characteristics can be achieved. SOLUTION: The door trim 3 is arranged on a door member 2 of the vehicle on a cabin side. The door trim 3 is a hollow double wall structure formed by blow molding, and is provided with an outer wall surface 4 exposed to the cabin side and an inner wall surface 5 covered and hidden by the door member 2. A step part 6 protruding to the outer wall surface 4 side is formed on the inner wall surface 5, and a recessed rib 8 for absorbing the shock is formed by recessing a bottom surface 7 of the step part 6 to the confronting outer wall surface 4. A space between the outer wall surface 4 and a tip of the recessed rib 8 in the part (a) corresponding to the belly of the occupant is 20 to 40 mm. In the part corresponding to the waist (b) of the occupant, the outer wall surface 4 and the tip of the recessed rib 8 are approached, abutted or welded to have a space less than 20 mm between them.
