PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shield structure of electromagnetic wave noise for restricting an electromagnetic interference between semiconductor components mounted on the same substrate surface. SOLUTION: On the outer layer of a substrate touching a casing, an outer layer conductor pattern for isolating different semiconductor circuits, respectively, on the substrate surface is formed. The outer layer conductor pattern is connected with an inner layer conductor pattern through a plurality of vias, and the signal line of the semiconductor circuit is passed through a gap formed at a part of the outer layer conductor pattern. Consequently, an electromagnetic interference between semiconductor components mounted on the same substrate surface is restricted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
