PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated common mode choke coil in which impedance in a normal mode is reduced. SOLUTION: A first internal conductor 31 is connected so that a first upper conductor 31a, a first lower conductor 31b and an internal conductor stereoscopic intersection part 33 are continued. A second internal conductor 32 is connected so that a second internal conductor 32a and a second lower conductor 32b are continued. A nonmagnetic insulating material layer 20 is obtained by sequentially laminating a second nonmagnetic insulating material 22 of one turn or more, in which the first upper conductor 31a is disposed at an outside and the second upper conductor 32a is disposed at an outside so as not to be short circuited; a third nonmagnetic insulating material 23 of one turn or more in which the first lower conductor 31b is disposed at the inside and the second lower conductor 32b is disposed at the outside so as not to be short circuited; and a fourth nonmagnetic insulating material C in which an internal conductor stereoscopic intersection 33 having the first lower conductor 31b stereoscopically intersected is provided to cross over the second lower conductor 32b.
