PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure control device for camera which has a filter plate and a filter attaching plate suitably integrated into one body. SOLUTION: A filter plate 5 of an ND filter has holes 5a and 5b formed therein. An adhesive film X to which a slide plate 3 and the filter plate 5 will adhere has holes Xa and Xb formed in positions which will be put on the holes 5a and 5b. In an adhesion process, the slide plate 3 and the filter plate 5 are caused to adhere again by heating in the case that they are shifted from each other when caused to adhere, and an adhesive Y having a glass transition temperature higher than that of the adhesive film X is charged into holes 5a, Xa, 5b, and Xb from the side of the filter plate 5 to surely integrate them into one body in the case that it is confirmed that they are in normal attachment states.
