PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating which can realize a coated film excellent in the heat radiation property under the environment of high temperatures at 1,000°C or higher and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The coating in the state after drying and then ashing, achieves such a result from the fluorescent X-ray analysis as containing 0.1-10 % sodium, 0.01-1 % magnesium, 0.1-15 % aluminum, 1-30 % potassium, 10-30 % silicon and 0.1-1 % iron.
