SOLID DETERGENT FOR TOILET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid detergent for toilet, preventing the flow out of a part of the agent in a bulk form even by using the detergent on a flush tank and usable for a long period. SOLUTION: The solid detergent for toilet contains a polyester polyol containing≥2 units of a polyalkylene glycol and produced by carrying out the addition polymerization of ethylene oxide and a≥3C alkylene oxide to an organic compound having two active hydrogen atoms to obtain a polyalkylene glycol having an ethylene oxide content of 70-98 wt.% based on the total addition-polymerized alkylene oxide and reacting the polyalkylene glycol with a bivalent carboxylic acid lower alkyl ester and/or a bivalent carboxylic acid anhydride. The solid detergent has improved disintegration property of the agent and, accordingly, the usable frequency can be remarkably increased in the case of using the detergent on a flush tank.
