<p>The invention discloses a method that the intelligent subscriber originates calling when it is roaming, include: a) when the roaming intelligent subscriber originates calling as calling user, it sends a request including unstructured supplentary service data (USSD) and USSD of called subscriber to system configuration pointer (SCP) attached intelligent subscriber ; b) after SCP receiving request of USSD, estimates whether the USSD thereinto is USSD UCB service and whether allows the calling subscriber to use UCB service, if it is, enters c), otherwise finishes the flow; c) service swithing point (SSP) corresponding SCP command attached calling subscriber estabishes the call connection from SSP to calling subscriber and called subscriber respectively; and judges whether the call established successfully, if it is, SSP bridges two of half segment calls, establishes channel between calling subscriber and called subscriber, realizes the call, otherwise, finishes the flow.
