The cable guiding unit has a base (1) and a cover (2), mounted such that it can rotate therein. A cable opening (4) in which cable housing is mounted is made in the cover (2). The cover (2) has a slot (7) which extends from an outer edge to the cable opening (4). The slot (7) allows a cable housing (8) to be mounted in the cable opening (4) even when the cable housing (8) has already been connected to cables (9) and plugs (10) attached thereto. Thus, pre-assembled units comprising the cable housing (8), cable and plug (10) can be used during assembly.
