<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make data in an all-purpose memory such as a high capacity flash memory, an EEPROM and so on additionally writable but not rewritable. <P>SOLUTION: Address information written latest is stored in a part of the storage region of an EEPROM 5 or another storage region and read out when data are recorded next time, or a USB microcomputer 4 searches the head in which the data is FFh while reading the data from a head address and then incrementing the address when said microcomputer executes writing, or reads an optional address, searches the head in which the data is the FFh and acquires it. The search is possible by comparison with other than the FFh. The recorded data can be deleted. An exclusive request for making a subsequent deletion request invalid is prepared by an exclusive application 2 and an exclusive driver 3, and even if the deletion is requested, the USB microcomputer 4 neglects the request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
