<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system capable of using (registering, editing, printing, etc.) an electronic document regardless of the place. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal 1 generates a registration request mail for requesting registration of an optional electronic document, and transmits the generated registration request mail with the electronic document to an external management device 4. The external management device 4 receives the registration request mail transmitted from the user terminal 1, and registers the attached electronic document to a document/printing management DB 42. The external management device 4 generates an interlocking registration request mail for requesting the interlocking registration of the electronic document, and transmits the generated interlocking registration request mail with the electronic document to an internal management device 2.
